Private homes plus a shared yard. Ordinary housing since the 1970s.
03 New Zealand
Earthsong, Auckland. Private homes on shared land for 20+ years.
04 Netherlands
Three or four households already build together.
Copy the form: modest private homes, shared well and septic, local occupancy first, no new Town water plant. A 3 to 4 home pilot, not a 40-home campus.
Public safety we can actually deliver
- OPP priorities go through the Detachment Commander and District board. Downtown and Chaffey.
- New Fire Master Plan this term. Fire is a Town service.
- Housing pockets for local workers belong on the same file.
- Measure downtown hours and rural wait times.
The Town does not assign officers. I will not treat Chaffey as an afterthought.
Listen first. Vote on what Council controls. Advocate clearly for the rest.
